I'm 26 yrs old. I am 6'0" tall and I weigh 195lbs. I workout 3 times a week at the gym and am there for 3-4 hrs each time lifting, doing situps and cardio. I do high intensity circuit training like the pro athletes do. Lots of folks think I am a marine or a former college football player. I get asked that a lot when I go out.
