 It depends on the type of car, most cars with a hard top you don't really see the driver. You can see the passenger side pretty well except for the darker glass that is being used now days. Of course a convertible is always good. Ha ha I just wrote a blog about the first gal I saw topless on the highway.

 I know they do. The few times I've had a passenger go topless, we know because every truck slows down when we approach and looks.

 Yes they can.

I have owned trucking companies throughout the years and the drivers always told me about women who flashes their tits or pulled up their little skirts to give them a little show.
